System upgrades progress

We have all the hardware in place and we are testing the new services.  We're a little bit behind due to installation issues with our new service providers, but moving along.

I've got a list of new features I look forward to sharing with you, along with huge improvements in our technical infrastructure (things you won't see, but which improve quality of service).
