Facilities-based wholly-owned carrier

Unlike many VoIP companies, we own and operate our network, facilities, and equipment.  Most VoIP offerings are just carrier services being re-sold through a third party.  This means delays and complexity when you need help.  At TelEvolve, you can talk directly to an engineer that has full access to the systems and facilities serving you.  We don't have low-level support techs, you always talk to a qualified telecom engineer.

Linksys, Cisco, and Polycom phones

We sell and support the top VoIP SIP handsets from Linksys, Cisco, and Polycom. The Linksys IP phones provide a great value at a low cost. They are full-featured without the high cost of traditional executive display phones. Our mid-line executive phone, the SPA 942, is only $135, and the budget models are under $100. We also support the SPA 962 with a full color display, six line appearances, and up to 64 one-touch dial buttons with station status display.

Wi-MAX internet service

We sell and support wireless internet connections from Western Wi-MAX. Most of the Phoenix metro area is covered, with speeds between 2 MBPS and 10 MBPS available. This is symmetrical bandwidth with a 100% uptime and latency SLA. The cost is far lower than T1 and other wireline services; just $190/month for 2 MBPS business-class service. Wi-MAX is the latest in wireless technologies, with built-in quality control and extremely high reliability.

Vyatta routers

We use and recommend the powerful open-source router from Vyatta as our core and internal routing device. We also implement this for our large clients and those who need a fast, robust, and scalable router without the high cost or complexity of the major-brand routers. Meraki wi-fi mesh networks

The Meraki wi-fi mesh products allow us to deploy a carrier-class wireless network over a campus, suburb, or other extended area at an amazingly low cost. Meraki access points have self-healing mesh capabilities, quality of service control for voice optimization, and can be installed outdoors without protection.

Asterisk software & Digium telephony cards

Our servers are based on Asterisk, the open-source telephony application. This is a very powerful product that allows us to implement anything our customers need with few limitations. We interface to the PSTN using Digium PRI/T1 cards.

VMware allows us to virtualize our infrastructure, maximizing resources and minimizing the impact of hardware failures or issues. Our servers are a mix of Dell blade chassis and stand-alone servers. The blade servers give us powerful control and redundancy, minimizing downtime. When paired with VMware this gives our network the best possible uptime, expandability, and controlled cost.
