Facilities-based wholly-owned carrier

Unlike many VoIP companies, we own and operate our network, facilities, and equipment.  Most VoIP offerings are just carrier services being re-sold through a third party.  This means delays and complexity when you need help.  At TelEvolve, you can talk directly to an engineer that has full access to the systems and facilities serving you.  We don't have low-level support techs, you always talk to a qualified telecom engineer.

Digium, Cisco, and Grandstream phones

We sell and support the top VoIP SIP handsets from, Cisco, and Grandstream. The Grandstream IP phones provide a great value at a low cost. They are full-featured without the high cost of traditional executive display phones.

WiMAX internet service

We sell and support wireless internet connections from Western WiMAX. Most of the Phoenix metro area is covered, with speeds between 2 MBPS and 10 MBPS available. This is symmetrical bandwidth with a 100% uptime and latency SLA. The cost is far lower than T1 and other wireline services. WiMAX is the latest in wireless technologies, with built-in quality control and extremely high reliability.

VMware allows us to virtualize our infrastructure, maximizing resources and minimizing the impact of hardware failures or issues.
