We do our installation in parallel with your existing phones, so you will not experience any down-time at all.  It usually takes about ten days from the time you place your order to get your system installed.  We will then temporarily forward your old phone line into the new system, which can be easily and safely reversed if you have any issues with the system.  This means you won't lose any calls, and there is no risk!
