This works with Qwest, Cox, and nearly all other standard landline systems.  You must have the call forwarding feature enabled on the line.  If you do not, please call your provider to enable this feature.  You only need to enable it on the main line that you want to forward, not any roll-over lines.  You will also need to forward the fax line if you want to send that to our fax-to-PDF service.


Dial *72 followed by the number to forward to.
Answer the call on the target phone.
Forwarding is complete.

To cancel, dial *73.
