Your TelEvolve hosted phone system includes all of the basic calling features, such as call waiting, call forwarding, three-way calling, caller ID, business voicemail, call transfer, hunting, custom ringing, previous call return, and dial blocking for international or other high-cost numbers. In addition, we offer many advanced features, plus we can custom-engineer special features just for your business. Our most important feature however is our personal customer service and support. Every step of the process is handled by an experienced telecom engineer, not just a warm body in a call center. All of these features are included at no additional charge. Changes are done by our engineers at no additional per-call charge.
Your calls can automatically follow you out of the office to your cell phone, home phone, or any phone you designate anywhere in the world. We can process calls based on time, caller ID, or any other parameter you'd like. You don't even have to manually enable forwarding, the calls will follow you automatically.
Voicemail to e-mail
Receive your voicemails as a sound file, or get notifications via text message when you have a voice message waiting. You can even play your voicemails on most PDA and smartphone devices. You can even easily forward your voicemails to others.
Conference room system
You can host a private call conference with up to 20 participants at any time. Conferences can use passwords for security, and have a number of other great options. This is included in the base system price, not an expensive add-on.
We will create a custom menu system so your callers can reach the right person quickly and efficiently, even when your staff is busy our out of the office. You can use different automated attendants for day/night/weekend calls or other special purposes such as customer service lines. Automatic smart routing means you never miss a call, without paying for a full-time receptionist. Many of our customers use the auto-attendant as a backup for their human receptionist, allowing for maximum customer service when possible but covering for busy times also. As always, our flexibility and one-to-one service means your system will do exactly what you need.
Phones at home and remote offices
Our phone will work on any broadband internet connection, so you can take phones home or to other offices as needed. Your home, office, and cell phones can all ring at the same time so you can receive calls wherever you may be. No need to keep a list of location-based numbers and tell people where you will be. ONE NUMBER will reach you anywhere. Your office staff can just dial the same three-digit extension number no matter where you are. Calls between remote phones and the office do not incure any line usage, fees, or long distance costs no matter where they are located.
If you need to keep track of calls for legal reasons or to assure customer service quality, we can record all calls or selected calls for you. The recordings are then automatically e-mailed to you along with details like the person's name, phone number, and time of the call.
Fax to e-mail
You can receive your faxes as e-mail PDF attachments insted of on paper. Print only what you really need printed, and delete all the junk faxes you get. Easily send faxes to others via e-mail as needed, and you can always have access to faxes no matter where you are. Easily file your received faxes without wasting storage space.
Phone numbers throughout the world
We can provide you with a local phone number anywhere in the US and Canada, as well as most cities around the world, giving you the ability to appear to have a local presence and a convenient local number for your customers. If you have offices in multiple cities we can tie all of the phones together into a simple three-digit extension dialing plan and eliminate all long distance charges between offices. Give your international callers a free local number to reach you.
Music on hold / Message on hold
Music on hold is included, or you can have a custom marketing message that plays when your callers are on hold. Any standard sound file can be played at no additional cost.
Event and problem alerts
We can notify you by e-mail or text message when certain events occur, such as callers not reaching a receptionist, or calls not being answered promptly by your staff.
Got a persistent telemarketer or get junk faxes from the same offenders repeatedly? Just add them to the blocked caller list and you'll never hear from them again.

Alphanumeric LCD display
All of our phones have a full digital display that shows call status, caller ID name and number, and more. Context-based soft keys are shown on the display to make it easier to transfer calls, set up conferences, and use all of the advanced features.
Call transfer to any number
Not only can you transfer calls within the office, but also to any other phone such as a cellular or home phone.
Ring tone selection
Change your ring tone based on line called to help you differentiate between different callers.
Inexpensive headset options
Most of our phones have an industry-standard headset connector, allowing you to choose from hundreds of inexpensive headsets. No more proprietary, limited, and expensive headsets!
Selective call forwarding
Set custom call forwarding as needed by simply pressing a few buttons. You can forward calls to another extension or to any phone number in the world.
